Instead of asking:
“How do I stay calm?”
Ask:
“What inside me still feels the need to stay alert?”
When that pattern softens, calm no longer needs to be practiced—it naturally returns.

Well I believe you now have time to choose what you will focus upon in this flow of present moments. I
wish you all the best towards this new effort.
To get a wonderful head start. Take a clean sheet of paper and write down 10 goals that you
would like to accomplish in the next 12 months.
And write them out like this: I would like to have…! I would like to be…! This is the truthful
approach, that really works well with the subconscious mind and the Holy Spirit, as He is the Spirit
of Truth.
And then you take this list of 10 and you
say, if I could wave a magic wand and have any one goal on my list within 24 hours which one
goal would have the greatest positive impact on my life. And usually this will jump out at you. Put
a circle around that goal. And transfer that goal to a clean sheet of paper and then use the
secret to life and fill your mind with this goal only.
